Pav Bhaji
Hello friends welcome back to my Blog. Today I'm gonna share pav bhaji recipe with you,every very Indian's favourite street food. In this pandemic situation, we are missing this Pav Bhaji, Right guys!!!! This is one of those street food which people usually eat. I don't know about all people but whenever I saw the Pav Bhaji stalls, I could not resist myself and ran towards it,Cheap and best my Pav Bhaji.
You must be thinking that, what is special about this Pav Bhaji. So let me tell you that, I have made this Bhaji in totally different way. You can make this Bhaji in just 10 minutes and one amazing fact you know! you can also add veggies but I hate vegetables that's why I had not use any veggies in this bhaji.
I will tell you at what stage you can use vegetables. First, you have to boil whatever vegetable you want to use in bhaji. While boiling, give one pinch of salt and after boiling mash all the vegetables using spetula. Than add the mashed vegetable to the cooked masala and then cook it for more 10 minutes.
Now I want to say short story of mine and my Pav Bhaji. I have told you earlier guys, I used to stay in hostel at Jamshedpur and there was a rule over there, that at every Sunday night we have to buy our food from outside and we are not allowed to cook inside the hostel. At that time, me and my roommate went to a college road, there was a stall of Pav Bhaji. I always use to buy Pav bhaji.
This is so easy recipe, please guys try this. It will take only 15 minutes to be prepared. So guys what are you waiting for go and try this. And let me know how much you like it.
INGREDIENTS :-
- Pav - 2
- Onions - 2 chopped
- Tomato - 1 chopped
- Ginger - 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 pieces
- Cashew Nuts - 5 pieces
- Green chilli - 2 chopped
- Dry Red chilli - 1 pieces
- Cloves - 2
- Butter as required
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chatt masala - 1 tsp
METHOD :-
- Take a mixer jar.
- Add tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli , Cloves and Cashew Nuts.
- Grind all. And keep it side.
- Now heat a pan and add oil to it.
- Add chopped onions and saute it till onion becomes transparent, than add turmeric powder and saute it for more 30sec.
- Add the tomato paste and add 1/2 cup water., cook for 2-5min.
- Add cumin powder, chatt masala, garam masala and salt.
- After 1 min, add ghee and cook it till it becomes thick.
- Add 1/2 tbsp sugar and cook for only 30 sec. Now turn off the flame.
- Now heat a griddle pan and add butter. Cut the Pav from the middle. Now toast the pav 00000from both side of lower part and from one side the upper part.
- Serve it hot and spread some lemon juice on bhaji.
