Hello guys! welcome back to my blog. Today, I have come here to share the recipe of chana chilli or you can say it Kabuli chana Chilli. It's a easy and delicious snacks and starter. The recipe for chana chilli is extremely simple and it begins with soaking the kabuli chana overnight. Even you can soak it for 5 to 6 hours in morning, if you forget to soak it at night.
I know everyone will love it and I guess that the recipe of chana Chilli is so easy and simple. So, everyone can cook it at your home for yourself and for your loved ones.
Special tip for all my friends, when you will boil Chana add salt to it. So that the taste of chana will become much better.
I have tried to make it in very simple and easiest way. I hope you will love it ,so guys go and try it and let me know how much you like it.

INGREDIENTS :-
- Red chilli powder
- Chikpea / chana soaked & boiled
- Garlic - 2 gloves finely chopped
- Salt as required
- Oil - as needed for deep frying
- Corn flour - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 4tbspn
- Green chilli - 2 chopped
- Capsicum - 1 small chopped
- Carrot - 1/2 small chopped
- Onion - 2 small chopped
- Chilli sauce - 4 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
METHOD :-
- Take boiled chikpea and corn flour.
- mix it well making sure to coat the chana well without adding water. Then keep this in fridge for minimum 30 mins.
- Deep fry the coated chana in hot oil.
- Stir occasionally, and fry till the chana turns golden and crisp.
- Now take a pan and add oil into it. Heat it on medium flame.
- Add chopped garlic and green chilli and saute it for 30 seconds.
- Than add chopped onions, capsicum and carrot.
- Cook it for 2 min or onions become transparent.
- Now add red chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Cook it for 1min on low flame.
- Add soy sauce. Cook for 1 min
- Add salt, cumin powder and red chill powder.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and cook it for 2 min on medium flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of cornflour in water, mix it, And add this paste
- Saute on high flame till the sauce thickens and turns translucent.
- Once it become thick, add chana to it. Cook it for 3 min.
- And it is ready. Garnish and serve it.
Seems to be tasty spicy Channa chilly, I also like bitter Channa chilli with roti in morning breakfast with added salad and tea 👓🥘☕👒
