Easy Manchurian Recipe

 Manchurian  Hello guys.. I am back with yummy and spicy Manchurian recipe. It is healthy and I have not used any Masala. It is healthy as only vegetables are used in it.  I had use veggie like carrot, capsicum, onions, and cabbage, these all are healthy and easily available. One thing you have to keep in mind that, while frying the veggie, don't mix cabbage with other vegetable. First you have to saute the other veggie than at last add cabbage because we don't have to over cook the vegetables.  While making manchurian balls, if you don't have corn flour than you can also use rice flour or aararot. And we have not use any masala in manchurian balls because when we put it into gravy it absorb the spices and flavour of gravy. Potato Laccha Chaat Recipe

INGREDIENTS :- Potatoes - 2 medium size Corn flour - 2 tbsp Onions - 2 medium size  Green chilli - 3 chopped  Tamarind Chutney -  4 tbsp Curd - 2 tbsp  Mithi Chutney - 2 tbsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Salt according to taste  METHOD :- Take 2 potatoes and peel it off. Than grate it.  Now boil 4 cup water and add grated potatoes. Boil it for 4 min. Don't boil it kore otherwise laccha will not form.  Now seive it out. Spread it on a cloth to remove extra water from it.  Keep it on cloth till cloth absorb all water from it.  Now keep it in a plate and add 2 tbsp corn flour.  Using your hands, take bunch of it and make laccha's roti shape.  Than heat a tava or griddle add oil.  Now roast the laccha from both side and do the same with all. Now take plate. Keep Roasted laccha in it and add: onions, green chilli, Cumin powder, salt, Tamarind Chutney, Mithi Chutney, Curd, Chatt masala.  Your chatt is ready, just mix it and enjoy....
