Fruit Custard
Today's recipe is healthy and yummy dessert, FRUIT CUSTARD 🍮.. I had tried custard at many places. Everyone do the same but taste differs. This was not because of different custard powder or milk. Taste depend on the consistency of milk and fruits we use in it.
Do you like more sweet? Than, you can add more sugar. But the quantity I have use in this recipe is neither more nor less. It is perfect.
So you follow this recipe and you can choose fruits of your own taste.
Shall we start! This are the ingredients that we need for our FRUITS CUSTARD
INGREDIENTS :-
- Milk - 2.5 cup
- Custard powder - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Fruits(carrot, banana, apple, guava)
- Cashew Nuts for garnish
METHOD :-
- Heat a kadhai and add milk to it.
- Boil the milk for 5mins and while boiling keep it stirring.
- Now take 2 tbsp custard powder in a bowl and add 5 tbsp boiled milk to it and make a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
- Now, add sugar to the boiled milk and stir it till the sugar get dissolved.
- After this much boil, the milk will become little thick.
- Than add the custard paste but only 1 spoon at a time and keep it stirring. Because custard powder sticks down. So to prevent from lumbs formation keep it stirring.
- When it become little thick, turn off the flame and let it cool down. You can kept itbin front of fan also.
- When it is cools down, than add the chopped fruits and mix it properly.
- Keep it in refrigerator for 3 hours. So, it become little thick more.
- After 3 hours, keep it in a serving bowl and garnish it with dry fruits and serve it.
