- All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
- Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Carrot - 1/2 grated
- Cheese - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 300ml
- Green Chilli - 2 chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato - 1 finely chopped
- Oil for cooking
- Take a bowl and add: all purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, Black pepper powder, Cumin powder, green chilli, tomato, onion, capsicum, green chilli, carrot, Cheese and Milk.
- Mixx all properly and make perfect batter.
- Now heat a griddle and pour oil.
- Add 1 cup batter on griddle and cook it for 1 Minutes.
- After it turn it and cook it properly.
- Now serve it hot with chutney or red chilli sauce.
