How to boil our noodles?
Let's slide in the noodles, I'm also adding in some salt because of course it's starch and we want it to be well salted. Remember the fact that the water of course is going to be drained out completely, so this now needs to boil on high flame of course in salted water for 5 minutes.
What is Difference between Noddle and Spaghetti?
Some interesting and useful information is what difference is between Noodles and Spaghetti. Both are popular in two different countries. So, let’s start. Today, first we have noodles. Noodles are originated in China where these are made and consumed for thousands of years. Noodles are made with fine flour of common wheat. Salt is also put while making the dough. Fresh, Dried boiled and fried versions of noodles are being sold in the market. However, this dried form more popular in India. This kind of noodle is boiled before sautéing. Here, you can see boiled noodles. Then boiled noodles are stir-fried with vegetables or non-veg. This kind of noodle preparation is very popular in India from street vendors to fine dining. This kind of preparation is also known as Hakka Noodles. Apart from this preparation, noodles are also used in soups, fries and salads. Noodles are very popular throughout south-east Asia. That is why thick and thin variants of noodles also very popular over there. Noodles are also being made with other grains such as Buckwheat and rice flour. Various brands of this noodle are available throughout in India. The price of 150 gm starts from Rs 25/-.
Our second product is Spaghetti. This is kind of Pasta from Italy. The shape of this is quite similar to Noodles. The main difference between spaghetti and noodles is the process involved in their manufacturing. Spaghetti (at least traditional one) is always made up of semolina of durum wheat. Salt is never added while preparing the dough. Spaghetti is also boiled before preparing any dishes. Here, Spaghetti has al dente experience. That means it is cooked to be firm to the bite. This is also how boiled spaghetti is different from boiled noodle. Boiled spaghetti is often cooked in their popular forms i.e. white or red sauce apart from salads. Spaghetti is less popular in India as compare to noodles. However, this is easily available in the departmental and general stores. The price of 500 gm starts from Rs 130/-. Spaghetti and Noodles are very popular in every age group. However, it is very well-liked by children and youth. Noodles are eaten with a chopstick in Asian countries whereas spaghetti is always eaten with a fork. We hope our today’s information will be useful in your everyday life.
