
Hey everyone we all know that it takes only 2 mins to prepare Maggi, so why don't we invest 5 more minutes to make it more flavorful. So, I am going to show you guys recipe of 3 different flavors of Maggi. Your mouth must started watering by just listening of these flavored Maggi.Let's begin first of all we will boil Maggi.
Today, I am sharing 3 different flavors of Maggi, that's why I am using 4 Packs of regular Maggi. But I will boil only 2 because 1 we wiIl kept for bhel. Now, We have kept water for boiling, once water comes to a boil then add Maggi noodles, make sure to add Maggi noodles after water starts boiling. Otherwise your Maggi noodles will get sticky, not adding salt at this time. We will add it on later stage and also we will be adding Maggi taste maker too. In later stage boil it for approximately 2-3 mins or until it is cooked 80-90%, don't over boil it. Boiling for 2 mins should be enough, but yet not completely cooked turn off the flame and remove the excess water. After that run it under the cold water so that, it doesn't get softer and then remove excess water. Than, spread the noodles in a plate, add 1 tsp oil over it and mix it so that noodles are separated. Our boiled Maggi is ready, now we will prepare flavors which won't take much time.
1. ITALIAN MAGGIE
First we will prepare Italian Maggi.
- Take 2 tbsp Butter in a pan keep the flame on medium.
- Add 1 tsp finely chopped garlic fry it for a bit.
- Next add finely chopped onions mix it for a bit, cook until turns soft or golden brown.
- Now add rest of the vegetables some finely chopped capsicum, chopped carrots and some boiled corns cook them as well for sometime. Cook for only 1 min keep the flame on low-medium.
- Add 2 tbsp all purpose flour cook for 2 mins on low-medium flame, until flour is completely cooked because we are making cheesy Maggi in white sauce mix and cook for 2 mins.
- After 2 mins you can see all purpose flour is cooked, now add 1/2 or 1 cup of milk after adding milk keep mixing it constantly. So that there are no lumps.
- After cooking for 1 min you can see sauce is getting thicker. our white sauce is ready along with all the vegetables add some salt, black pepper powder and red chili flakes and some mixed herbs seasoning.
- Mix everything well, it has all the Italian flavors now which we add in Pasta or Pizza. Now this thick white sauce is ready.
- It's time to add boiled Maggi noodles, add 1 portion out of 3 portions of Noodles.
- Add 1 cube of grated processed cheese, you can adjust the quantity of cheese as per your taste. Toss everything well, so that noodles are completely coated with the white sauce.
- Cook it for another minute you can see Maggi is completely coated with the sauce. Don't over cook it otherwise noodles will start breaking it is ready to serve.
- Now serve it piping hot garnish it with some grated cheese and some mixed herbs seasoning and red chili flakes.
2.MAKHANI SAUCE MAGGIE
Second in the list is Makhani Sauce Maggi this one is my favourite. - Take 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 tsp Cumin seeds.
- Once Jeera starts crackling, add 2-3 garlic Cloves, 1 small piece of ginger, some chopped onion, you can cut it in rough pieces or fine, however you like and some tomatoes, 5-6 cashews cook everything for a while.
- Add some salt and red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala mix everything and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add some water cover with a lid and cook on low-medium flame for 3-4 mins.
- Remove the lid and check, everything has turned softer, let this mixture cool down then transfer it in a blender and prepare a smooth puree.
- Out of it, Our Makhani sauce base is ready. Take 1 tbsp butter in a pan add prepared Makhani sauce.
- Add some sugar, if you don't want you can skip it 1 tsp Kasuri methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves), mix everything and cook for 1 minute.
- Add 1 tbsp fresh cream, you can even use cheese or you can skip this step too.
- Then took your Maggi will turn out yummy, mix and cook the cream well.
- Our thick Makhani sauce base is ready, it's looking quite flavorful and yum add boiled Maggi noodles and fresh coriander toss everything.
- Cook for another minute so that noodles are well coated with this Makhani sauce.
- Color has turned out just like the Makhani sauce i.e. light orange this flavorful.
- Makhani sauce Maggi is ready serve it piping hot and enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS :-
- Maggie - 1 piece
- Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 2 chopped
- Tomato - 1 finely chopped
- Onion - 1 finely chopped
- Coriander leaves - chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 3 tbsp
- Salt according to taste

METHOD :-
- Take one Maggie piece and crush it into small pieces.
- Now heat a pan or wok, add 2 tbsp oil.
- When the oil is hot, add the crushed Maggie pieces and fry it until it turns golden brown in colour.
- And keep it stirring so it will be cooked evenly.
- When it is golden brown, than add 3 tbsp water and quickly cover it for 5 min And turn off the flame.
- Rest of it will cook from vapour. Don't use more water otherwise our Maggie bhel will become soft rather than crispy.
- After 5 min, transfer it into a mixing bowl.
- Than add the chopped - onion, tomato, Coriander leaves and green chilli.
- Add the spices - salt, Chaat Masala and Cumin powder.
- Mix all, than add lemon juice and serve it in a serving plate. Garnish it with the dalmoth mixture / Sev mixture.
