YUMMY AND SPICY PASTA
Today's recipe is very easy and yummy. By looking at the photo above, you must have recognised that this is yummy pasta. But now you must be thinking that what is special about this pasta. I have not use any pasta masala and cooked with very less oil. You can make this for your children as it is cooked with very less oil, which will not harm your children health. Whether or not this pasta is special for you, you will only know when you cook and eat it.
Now let me tell you today why I suddenly thought of making this pasta. I have been thinking of eating pasta for a long time But didn't cooked because it's very oily. Once I thought of making it with less oil, than there was a doubt whether "is the taste will be the same or is it will be yummy?". Then I said to myself that I have started thinking so much. Aahhh!. So I made this pasta to know if it can be made even in less oil with yummy and spicy taste. And I did it and it taste great. You must be thinking that I am lying. So let me tell you guys that I am not lying at all, you can see my video, I have shared below.
Let's have some important information.....
When you are boiling water for pasta, add a little salt and two teaspoons of oil to that water. Due to the salt you will have a very good taste and the oil will not allow pasta stick to each other. After the pasta is boiled, wash it immediately with cold water and apply oil with light hands.
So let's start and whatever I used the ingredients in it, you can read it below and you can watch the video, it will be very easy to make pasta. And let me know how much you like it.
INGREDIENTS :-
- Pasta - 2 cup
- Capsicum - 1 small chopped
- Capsicum - 1 small chopped
- Tomato - 1 small chopped
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 2 chopped
- Red chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chatt masala - 1/3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 pinch (optional)
- Maggie masala - 1 tbsp
- Heat a pan. Add oil.
- Add cumin seeds, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and saute it for 30sec.
- Now add onions and cook it, till it becomes transparent.
- Add chopped capsicum and tomato. You can add more veggie of your choice.
- Saute it for more 30sec and than add cumin powder, black pepper powder, chatt masala and pinch of turmeric powder.
- Saute it for 10sec and now add vinegar, red chilli sauce and saute it. Don't cook it more.
- Add Maggie masala. It will give nice flavour to pasta
- Add boiled pasta and cook it for 1min. Than add tomato sauce. We have not use salt because while boiling pasta we had used Salt also. And sauces has salt too.
- Cook it for more 1min. Than serve it hot.. 😍
