Manchurian
Hello guys.. I am back with yummy and spicy Manchurian recipe. It is healthy and I have not used any Masala. It is healthy as only vegetables are used in it.
I had use veggie like carrot, capsicum, onions, and cabbage, these all are healthy and easily available. One thing you have to keep in mind that, while frying the veggie, don't mix cabbage with other vegetable. First you have to saute the other veggie than at last add cabbage because we don't have to over cook the vegetables.
While making manchurian balls, if you don't have corn flour than you can also use rice flour or aararot. And we have not use any masala in manchurian balls because when we put it into gravy it absorb the spices and flavour of gravy. And if we use masala in balsa than the taste change and you will not like that taste.
You can make this manchurian more thick to eat with chowmein. I love chowmein and manchurian. And you will get the chowmein recipe in my next video. If you have Coriander leaves than please add it in gravy. It will a nice flavour to that.

You know, I ate this manchurian first time in resturant and at that resturant it was so bad that I said i will never try this again. Than, I think 1 year I had never tried it. One day I went to my cousin marriage, there was chowmein and manchurian at starters side. Than my brother asked me to try, it is so yummy. So that the reason, I tried it again and on that day it was really too yummy. From that day, I love chowmein and manchurian. And this is my 4th time that I had made this. But sorry guys, i have not shre this recipe before. One of my junior ask me for this recipe and for her I shared this. So tell me guys what's your story, when you had tried this first.

INGREDIENTS
For manchurian balls-
- Onions - 2 finely chopped
- Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
- Carrot - 1 finely chopped
- Cabbage - 1cup chopped
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- All Purpose Flour - 3 tbsp
- Salt according to taste
For gravy-
- Onions - 1 chopped
- Capsicum - 1/2 chopped
- Carrot - 1 chopped
- Cabbage - 1/2 cup chopped
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper powder - 1/3tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1tbsp
- Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
METHOD
For Manchurian Balls-
- Take a bowl and add all ingredients mentioned above.
- Mix all properly.
- Make manchurian ball using hands. Give a round shape.
- Heat oil and when it is medium hot, put the ball in oil and fry on medium flame.
- Fry till it becomes brown in color. Keep in a plate.
For Gravy-
- Heat a wok and add oil to it.
- Add onions, capsicum and carrot. Saute it for 1min.
- Add 2 cup water and add salt, black pepper powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and red chilli sauce. Boil it for 3 min.
- Now take a bowl, add 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp corn flour. Mix it and add this mixture.
- Now boil for more 2 min. Than add sugar-1 tbsp.
- When it become little thick. Than add the manchurian balls and boil at low flame for 2 min.
- It is done, ready to serve. Enjoy it.
