Today I have came back a chicken recipe for you all and Hope you guys will like it. The first time,I ate chicken tandoori was made by my brother, then I prepared the same by myself. All the ingredients used are easily available in our house. I have not used musk fenugreek in it, you can use it if you want.
One thing to note is that the chicken cuts should be very deep and very close, So that the chicken will cook well from inside and the taste of spices also penetrates.. The rest, I have told everything in the recipe, but if you want to add some more spices to it which you like, you can add it
"The better you add the spice to it, the better it tastes."
You can eat it with biriyani rice or chutney and It tastes delicious when eaten with both things. If you want, you can make it even more tasty if you fill it with onion and capsicum and add little salt before cooking..

INGREDIENTS :-
- Whole chicken - 1 kg
- Butter
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 2tbsp
- Salt according to taste
- Cumin powder - 1/2tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1tbsp(kashmiri)
- Red chilli powder - according to your spice
- Garam masala powder - 1tbsp
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
- Cooking oil - 1.5tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 1/2tbsp
METHOD :-
- Make cuts on whole chicken. Cuts must be deep and close. Also cut back and leg piece.

- Now take a bowl :Add cumin powder, Curd, lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cooking oil, black pepper, ginger and garlic paste.

- Mix all the ingredients than add chicken into it.. Apply the mixture of masala inside the gashes and cuts of chicken. So the, cuts and gashes can easily absorb the mixture.
- Apply inside the stomach cavity..
- Tie both legs of chicken with a thick thread.

- Cover the bowl and keep it for 45min for marination.
- Pre heat the microwave oven on 180°, for 10min.
- Than apply butter on chicken and Place the chicken in microwave oven for 30min at 180°.
- Now after 30min, turn the chicken and apply butter on it and place it for 30min at 180°.
- After 30min, again turn the chicken and place it in oven on grille mode for 10min.
- Your chicken tandoori is ready. Garish and serve it with green chutney.
