Today's recipe is healthy and spicy. Getting tired of eating more and more flour, here I have come with a recipe of Poha (flattened rice). It is healthy and yummy too. I don't know about you guys but I am tired of eating flour because I try new dishes and eating flour regularly is not good for health, right!
So today, I tried something new with healthy ingredients like poha and some veggies. It is combo of Health and yumminess.
Hello guys, I don't have a coriander leaves,that's why not used in this but if you have, add it. This will give nice taste and flavour to your snacks and you're gonna love it. If you want to make it more spicy then you can use red chilli flakes.
With this much ingredients you can make a 7-8 snacks but if you want more than you can increase your quantity of ingredients. It is so simple and tasty. It takes only 30 minutes to be prepared. Serve it hot with red chilli sauce or any chutney (green chutney or red chutney).

INGREDIENTS :-
- Poha (flattened rice) - 1 cup
- Water - 2 cup
- Oil for frying
- Salt according to taste
- Green chilli - 3 (finely chopped)
- Onion - 1 big (finely chopped)
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1/3 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Chatt masala - 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/3 tsp
- Hing (asafoetida) - 1/3 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 7/8
METHOD :-
- Take a bowl. Add 1 cup poha, wash it with water 2 times than add 2 cup water and leave it for 5min.
- After 5min,drain the water.
- Now, add bread crumbs, salt according to your taste and mix it properly.
- Add chopped onion and green chilli.
- Add: Hing, baking soda, cumic seed and powder, chatt masala, curry leaves and mix it properly.
- Add little bit of water if needed to make a dough.
- Now take little oil on your hand, take small peda of dough and give it the shape of your choice.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the poha dough snacks.
- Serve it hot with red chilli sauce.
