Today, I am going to share with you a recipe of bread. This recipe is easy and it take only 20 minutes. This dish justify well with the name Bread Masala... since it gives all flavor of Indian spices 😉You can use this masala for pav bhaji also. One thing guys ! make sure your bread must be roast well.
Today I made this for the first time and hope that you guys will like it very much.
I have spiced it according to my taste so if If you eat less spicy then use it according to your taste. What are you waiting for....go and try this. So guys ! Let me know how much you like it...
INGREDIENTS :-
- Bread - 4 (cut each bread slice into 4 sq piece)
- Onion - 2 medium size
- Carrot - 1 small size
- Capsicum - 1/2 small size
- Tomato - 2 medium size
- Green chilli - 2
- Garlic and ginger paste - 1tbsp
- Oil - 3tbsp
- Ghee - 2tbsp
- Butter - 2tbsp
- Cloves - 2
- Red chilli - 2
- Salt- according to your taste
- Curd - 2tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/tps
- Cumic powder - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
METHOD:-
- Cut each bread slice into 4 pieces.
- Take a pan, add butter and heat it at low flame
- Add the bread pieces into it.
- And roast it until turn golden in color.
- When it became golden turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Paste :-
- Take a mixer jar
- Add: tomato, green chilli, red chilli, ginger and garlic paste, Cloves.
- Make a fine past.

Preparing masala :-
- Take a pan. Add 4 tbsp of oil
- Heat it at high flame than add: onion, carrot and capsicum.
- Add turmeric powder and saute for few minutes.
- Add : grinded paste, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder.
- Add little amount of water and boil it.
- Now add ghee and sugar.
- Cook it for 3 min or Until it become thick.

- Masala is ready now garnish it with onions and Curd.
- Now it is ready to serve... 😍
